While bargaining was our major focus for the past several months, there are a few other things we want to share:

• November membership meeting: Mark you calendars for the November 8 general membership meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. to 6 pm. at Union Hall.
• Veteran's Committe launch: Local 2067 is creating a Veteran's Committee to ensure a strong voice for Veteran's in our Union and around Salem.
• Orange Union shirts available: We have made orange Local 2067 Union shirts (all made in America & Union made, of course!) for our members who are required to wear orange while on duty. Please contact your Union Steward if you need one of these shirts. 
• Union Stewards needed:  We recruiting 2-3 more Union Stewards. If you are interested in becoming a Union Steward (and completing the required training), please contact Local 2067 Chief Steward Steve Hall at shall@cityofsalem.net.
