Right to a Safe Workplace Every employee has a right to a safe workplace. If you feel the work assignment is not safe: Tell your supervisor “I feel the assigned work is unsafe. Please assign me safe work.” Be sure to let your Union leaders know what happening is happening as soon as possible.
