LTD Pickup

City of Salem and SHA will pick up our LTD contributions beginning 1/1/25

Pay step scale consistency

Exempt employees - 5% between each step! (eff. 7/1/25)

Non-Exempt employees - 4% between each step! + an additional 1% eff. 7/1/25

Differentials and selectives

Additional 1% differential for Graveyard shift plus 9 classifications to receive selective increases
