The City of Salem and AFSCME Local 2067 have signed the following memorandums of understanding to supplement the 2021-2024 contract:

• Policy changes related to the Police Records staffing shortage
• 2023 policy changes related to Police Records staffing
• October 2023 extension of Police Records staffing incentives
• Implementation of a CDL training program
• Classification changes and pay increases for Salem Housing Authority (SHA)
• Clarification of Public Works Remote Work Policy
• Paid Leave Oregon Employee Contribution Pickup
• Additional classification pay increases for July 1, 2023
